The Institute for Portuguese and Lusophone World Studies (IPLWS) is designed to be a nucleus of interaction for the benefit of Rhode Island College students and the larger Portuguese-speaking community of Rhode Island.
What We Do
The IPLWS is dedicated to fostering connections between the college and Lusophone communities in the region and pursuing scholarly research and cultural projects related to the Portuguese language and Lusophone cultures.
