Proud to Be an HSI and MSI
Rhode Island College is proud to be the only Hispanic Serving (HSI) and Minority Serving (MSI) Four-Year Comprehensive Institution in Rhode Island!
Fulfilling Our Mission
As an HSI and MSI, RIC educates the most diverse cross-section of Rhode Islanders in the state. Doing so we fulfill our mission of serving the breadth of diversity in the State of Rhode Island.
RIC seeks to become a first-choice institution for any Rhode Islander seeking an affordable, high-quality education in a diverse and inclusive environment and we have made it a central goal of the 2024 Rhode Island College Strategic Compass.
