Registration Process

Registration & Payment

The deadline for registration is one week prior to the start of the workshop. For assistance in registering online, email CESW.

In order to reserve your place in a CESW workshop, payment is due in full prior to the start of the workshop. Payment for workshops will be accepted through online payment only. Money orders and cash payments will no longer be permitted. For payment through agency invoice, email CESW to request an emailed invoice. Registration and payment can be confirmed by email. Email CESW to request confirmation.

When registering for remote workshops, which are held synchronously on Zoom, you will receive the zoom link the date prior to the workshop.

Need to Change Your Registration?

Once a registration form has been submitted, any change to that registration must be requested in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the workshop. No changes will be processed after this deadline. Email CESW with any changes.

Cancellation of a Workshop

If a scheduled workshop has to be canceled for unforeseen reasons, registrants will be contacted via email and offered a full refund. If the canceled workshop is rescheduled and you are interested in attending, the CESW office will transfer your credit.

Continuing Education Hours

The awarding of continuing education (CE) hours is based on the full completion of the scheduled workshop. Participants who do not attend the entire workshop are not eligible for CE hours. Workshops are authorized for CE hours in accordance with guidelines set forth by the National Task Force on the Continuing Education Unit. Participants who complete a workshop will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the workshop, indicating the number of CE hours awarded. This certificate will be your only official record and may serve as proof of CE hours. Participants are responsible for keeping a record of the workshops they have completed.

Please Note: Participants need to fill out a post-workshop evaluation survey in order to receive their CEU certificate.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from a workshop must be requested in writing no later than two weeks from the date of the workshop. Email CESW with your name, address, the workshop number, workshop title and date of workshop. Refunds are not available, and, when appropriate, a credit toward another workshop will be offered. Credits will be valid for one year.
