Authorization of Credit Form

The Authorization of Credit Form is needed in order to ensure the credits you are taking abroad will transfer to RIC. One form is needed for each class you are registered for. Be sure to give the director of study abroad the originals of all of your Authorization of Credit forms so that she can check to make sure the information is correct. She will submit a copy of each form to the Office of Student Financial Aid. No aid can be awarded until the Registrar's Office enters your study abroad credits into the system. 

Consortium Agreement Form

You must have a representative from the host institution fill out the Consortium Agreement Form. It then needs to be returned to the Office of Financial Aid. If you have questions about who your host institution is or how to fill out the form, contact the Office of Financial Aid.
