Living on campus is a great opportunity for students at Rhode Island College. More than just a convenience, it is an important part of social and academic growth of students.

Facilitating Student Growth through Community

Research has shown that students who live on campus do academically better due to the easy access to the campus academic support resources such as computer labs, academic advising and the library. In addition, living in close proximity to other students who are taking the same classes helps to develop social networks where it is easy to collaborate and organize study groups. Residential Life & Housing makes all this possible.
