We Honor Women's History Month and the Theme: “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion”

Each March, during Women’s History Month, we celebrate the countless women who have fought tirelessly and courageously for equality, justice, and opportunity in our Nation. We also reaffirm our commitment to advancing rights and opportunities for women and girls in the United States and around the world.

Understanding The 2024 Theme

Women's History Month 2024 theme text logo - Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

The theme of “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion” recognizes women throughout the country who understand that, for a positive future, we need to eliminate bias and discrimination entirely from our lives and institutions. During 2024, we recognize the example of women who are committed to embracing everyone and excluding no one in our common quest for freedom and opportunity.
