Instructions
- Holiday Schedule - Do not record hours on holiday unless hours are actually worked.
- Please make certain the time cards include the supervisor's signature, total hours worked, and gross salary.
- Time cards will not be accepted unless submitted to the Payroll Office in a sealed envelope. Incomplete time cards will not be processed by the Payroll Office.
- Time cards must be filled out in pen.
- Checks cannot be held for pickup. In order to ensure timely receipt of your paper paycheck, the checks must be mailed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
