What to Expect

While you take the courses toward your elementary education bachelors degree, becoming equipped to teach elementary schoolchildren, you may opt to pursue our middle level education credential. With this add-on credential, you will gain the skills and experience needed to also teach middle schoolers. For those pursuing this credential you will choose one of two focuses:

  • Middle Level General Science Credential
  • Middle Level Mathematics Credential

Your chosen focus will provide you with the appropriate depth and academic rigor needed to teach in that area in the middle school setting.
