All new transfer, second bachelor degree and readmitted matriculated students who have received an orientation invitation from the Office of Academic Support & Information Services (OASIS) may use the online registration system to schedule their orientation cycle. Orientation will include academic advisement, registration for classes, as well as an opportunity to meet your fellow classmates and learn more about RIC. Four orientation cycles will be offered for January Orientation and are scheduled on a space-available basis. Freshmen only, please note: You do not need to register for an orientation cycle. There is a special orientation session scheduled for you on Monday, January 5 at 8:00 a.m. in Alger Hall 110. You will receive a letter of invitation in early December.
To schedule your orientation, you will need your new student ID which appears on your invitation letter. Please click on an available cycle from the list below, complete the form, and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation when your registration has been successfully processed; please print this confirmation notice.
