The TV Studio is a teaching space offering hands-on experience to students interested in studying television production, broadcast journalism, and communication. The news set was acquired in 2011 from RI NBC station affiliate NBC-10 when the station introduced a new on-air set. The set allows students to navigate a real, working news set and equipment, learning about set-up, camera angles and operation, control room operation, and interview techniques.
