Gerontology conference on underserved populations April 28
The RIC Gerontology Center will host a conference on "Underserved Elderly Populations in Rhode Island" on Wednesday, April 28, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Faculty Center’s Main Dining Room.
Underserved populations that will be examined at this conference include the indigent, the homeless, those who are incarcerated and those with HIV/AIDS. The event, which is supported by the College Lectures Committee and AGES, is open to the public free of charge and offers continuing education credit.
