Today (Friday, Dec. 11) is the last scheduled H1N1 Immunization Clinic at RIC.

• It is being held in the Student Union, Room 422 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. for students under 25.

• Next week, from Dec. 14 through Dec. 18, the vaccine will be available in Health Services by appointment only (456-8055).

• We have both Flu Mist and injectable, but supplies are limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

• No vaccine will be available on campus after Dec. 18.

• Public clinics may be held at the end of December and January and vaccine may be available at local pharmacies, but there may be a fee.

Check the RI Department of Health website for clinic schedules at or call the H1N1 Information Line at (401) 222-8022 with additional questions.

• Public health experts are concerned about a possible third wave of flu this winter or early spring, so we urge you to take advantage of these vaccine clinics while supplies are available.
