Work of RIC's Philip Palombo on display in Gallery Z


Philip Palombo
RIC associate professor Philip Palombo has co-curated (along with Julian Penrose) the Video Art Exhibition at Gallery Z in Providence. His work is also featured in the video.
A reception for the exhibition will be held on Gallery Night, Thursday, Nov. 19, from 5-9 p.m. The show will run through Nov. 28.

In addition to Palombo, a wide variety of artists will be exhibiting in the show including Raphael Diluzio, Kevork Mourad, Dennis Hlynsky, Richard Goulis, Alan Powell, Joshua Pearson, Ed Tannenbaum, Patrick Bergeron, Evans Molina, Laurie McDonald, Elvis Sinatra (George Leonard), and Michelle Ahlborg. Keith Fracassa will create ambient music for the show.




Gallery Z is located at 259 Atwells Ave. in Providence. Gallery Hours are Wednesday from 2-8 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., by appointment or by chance.
