Bus trip to NYC on Dec. 12

A bus trip to New York City for RIC faculty, students and staff will leave promptly from Parking Lot A at 6:30 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 12.

The bus will proceed directly to New York City. Parking at RIC is free and monitored by campus security.

There will be no stops. The bus will hold 56 passengers and have a restroom.

The bus arrives in Manhattan between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Passengers will be dropped off at stops along 5th Avenue, proceeding down to Battery Park, allowing passengers to debark according to their requests.

There are no planned activities during the day and passengers are responsible for their own welfare from the time they leave the bus until the time they board it again.

The bus leaves N.Y.C. promptly at 8 p.m. from Madison Avenue between 56 and 57th streets. It will arrive back in Providence between 11 and 11:30 p.m.

Round-trip transportation cost is $45 per person. Paid registrations must be received by Nov. 28. If the trip is canceled, checks will not be cashed and will be returned to you.
