Spring Arts Festival Choral Concert to feature “Singing and Dancing,” March 9

The RIC choral group performs in Avila, Spain.

This concert will include J.S. Bach’s "Gottes Zeit ist die allerbeste Zeit," BWV 106 (God's time is the very best time), performed by the RIC Chorus, RIC student soloists, and special guests Héloïse Degrugillier and Justin Godoy on alto recorder and Zoe Weiss and Rebekah Ahrendt on viola da gamba.

The RIC Chamber Singers will perform selections from "Neue Liebeslieder Walzer" (New Love Song Waltzes), Op. 65 by Johannes Brahms, with faculty members Judith Lynn Stillman, artist-in-residence at RIC, and Christina Breindel as duo pianists.
