College flags at half-staff in memory of former Gov. Bruce Sundlun
State of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College flags are at half-staff in memory of former Gov. Bruce Sundlun, who passed away on July 21 at age 91. Bruce Sundlun, who served two terms as Rhode Island governor (1991-95), received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree from RIC in 2008.
