The Justice Studies Program at RIC facilitated a Probation and Parole Supervisor Leadership Training event in the Student Union on Oct. 22. According to the Probationand Parole assistant administrator Shelley Cortese ‘97, the training “focused on the role of relationships to peers, subordinates and superiors as it relates to leading effectively within our system.”

Statewide, there are nine Probation and Parole supervisors who supervise Probation and Parole line staff and oversee the operations in 10 regional offices, said Cortese.
