Through a partnership with Microsoft® Live@edu, your student email is the gateway to a rich and stimulating new Rhode Island College cloud-based environment, Live@RIC.
You can log on to your new account at http://www.ric.edu/goLiveAtRIC. For help, 
As you explore Live@RIC, you will see major differences:
- Size - your new mailbox is 10 GB.
- Email address - your new email address is username@email.ric.edu.
- Ability to send instant messages from Outlook.
- A presence icon that lets you see who is online and controls your own viewable presence settings.
- Conversations arranged by thread.
- Aggregation options allowing you to integrate multiple email accounts.
- Improved SPAM control which allows you to block and approve senders.
