Illegal Workplace Harassment On-line Training

United Educators has developed and partnered with The RI Board of Governors for Higher Education to make available to all employees an on-line illegal harassment prevention exercise. The key goal is to educate all employees regarding acceptable workplace behavior and to continue to foster an environment free from illegal harassment consistent with the College's Illegal Harassment Policy. In addition, the recent headlines regarding claims of illegal harassment at other college campuses further strengthen the case for providing illegal harassment education to all employees.

We strongly urge all full-time and part-time employees to complete the on-line illegal harassment prevention exercise at your earliest convenience. The exercise may be completed at work or from home.

The role of the Office of Human Resources is to attract, retain, and motivate the employees of Rhode Island College and to promote the overall interests and strategic goals of the college community.
