Maintenance & Repair

The Maintenance & Repair staff operates, maintains and repairs all buildings on campus, including residence halls. The services provided are electrical, carpentry, general maintenance, painting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and locksmith services.

Submitting a Work Order

For all work order requests, visit myworkorders.ric.edu and login using your network id and password or email facilitieswo@ric.edu with your request.

A work order will be placed for you with the information provided and a technician will be assigned to the request.

Campus Emergencies

During regular business hours, call the Office of Facilities and Operations at (401) 456-8262 with any emergency. Emergencies occurring weekdays after 4:00 pm, weekends and holidays, please contact Campus Police at the Office of Security and Safety at (401) 456-8201. Campus Security will respond to the emergency and contact the appropriate Facilities staff, if necessary.
