Participants critically examine research on learning and explore theories that have informed teaching in the United States. The foundations of traditional and constructivist education are also examined.

ELED 569: Student Teaching Seminar

Teacher behaviors appropriate to effective teaching are developed. Topics include classroom and time management, effective communication, learning styles, and teaching strategies. This seminar meets weekly.
