How to Reserve Space

• ALL requests to reserve space on campus are made through the Event Management System (EMS). Click here to go to EMS. Event organizers are responsible to secure appropriate space prior to placing food orders.
• Customers seeking food and beverage services receive first preference for space within the Dining Center Complex. Confirmation of space requests not involving food or beverage service will be provided not less than 5 business days prior to the date requested.
• College Dining Services reserves the right to limit facility use to those activities and events that are consistent with our stated mission and are operationally practical.
