Credential Files

Are you looking for a safe way to save and manage documents critical to your application process to graduate school - or even your job search?

If you don't plan to apply to graduate school immediately, it still makes sense to get letters of recommendation now from your professors while your academic performance is fresh in their minds. You can always ask them to revise their letters later as your plans solidify.

We encourage you to open an account through Interfolio

For a small fee you can have your confidential documents stored and sent by request. Documents may include (but are not limited to):

  • Confidential and non-confidential letters of recommendation
  • Resumes
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Statement(s) of purpose
  • Writing samples
  • Teaching portfolio documents
  • Supervising teacher evaluations
  • Student and peer evaluations
  • Dissertation abstracts
  • Unofficial transcripts

Please note that students and alumni who have registered with Destinations, our on-line job posting system, can store documents there free of charge. You are unable to store confidential documents to which you have waived your rights on Destinations.
