On April 6th from 2:00pm-4:00pm, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions will be hosting our annual Accepted Students Day. Students will have an opportunity to visit campus, take a tour, and speak with faculty, staff, and current RIC students. To RSVP to the program, please call the admissions office at 401-456-8234.

A $200 enrollment deposit is required to reserve your spot in the class of 2017. Please send in your enrollment card along with your deposit to the admissions office or call the admissions office at 401-456-8234 to pay your deposit over the phone.

Don’t miss out if you want to live on campus.  Once you have paid your enrollment deposit, you can apply online for housing.  Freshman students who complete their housing deposit process by May 15, 2013 will be guaranteed housing for fall.

Freshman orientation takes place in June, and is the first stop on the Rhode Map to RIC, the college’s new First Year Experience.  All freshmen are required to attend one of seven overnight sessions.  Orientation is your introduction to academic and social life as a new student at Rhode Island College.  You will get to know your classmates, meet with advisors, learn about student services and campus life, get your student ID, and register for fall classes.  You will be receiving further information about registering online for orientation from the Office of Academic Support and Information Services (OASIS).

Health forms are included in the enrollment packet mailed to you after we have received your enrollment deposit.  Forms must be completed and returned to Health Services before the start of fall classes. Health Services will provide additional copies of forms.
