Meet Brandi Jackson, ’12
“Being a student at Rhode Island College has had such a huge impact on my life.”
The RIC Experience
Outstanding faculty, small class size, great suburban location – get the facts. Small enough and large enough. Our students are members of a caring community that respects diversity and values academic excellence informed by cultural inquiry, civic engagement, and co-curricular activity. If you are looking for a college where you can be a name, and not a number, consider Rhode Island College.
Majors & Minors
Choose from nearly 90 majors and programs housed within five schools: Faculty of Arts & Sciences, Feinstein School of Education & Human Development, School of Management, School of Nursing, and School of Social Work. Nearly half of our undergraduate students are in professional programs like education, nursing and social work. The other half are in liberal arts and management. The Adams Library provides excellent academic resources for students in all majors.
From the playing fields, to the stage, student leadership opportunities, and even creating your own student organization (the newest is EPIC (Extreme Performance Interactive Circus), we have a wide range of programs and services to offer you.
